Return Window
We want you — and your dog — to love your blanket.
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the blanket must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Items that show signs of wear, dirt, or damage cannot be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return
Simply email us at info@plofty.com with your order number, photos, and reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and provide next steps — which may include a replacement, refund, or other solution.
Please do not send any item back until we confirm and provide instructions.

Return Shipping

  • For items that arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll make it right — either with a free replacement or full refund.

  • For “change-of-mind” returns, return shipping costs may apply.
    We’ll always aim to find the most reasonable and fair option.

Refunds
Once your return or refund request is approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error).

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to place a new order once your refund is approved.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your blanket arrives with any issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
We’ll replace or refund it — no hassle.

Non-returnable items

  • Items marked as Final Sale.

  • Items returned without prior authorization.

  • Used or damaged items not due to manufacturing issues.
